• When you are working in the IBM Rational ClearCase/Sybase
  PowerBuilder integration, you may see the following error when
  adding files to source control:
  
  Error loading PowerBuilder Orca library, PBORC15.DLL
  
  The files are added to source control correctly and there seems
  to be no impact due to the error.  You can clear the error by
  selecting the OK button.
