Error description

• Client channels are not disconnected after DISCINT interval
  if the SVRCONN channel is multiplexed (SHARECNV > 0) .

  The DISCINT attribute of channels defines the amount of time
  that can elapse between useful work on a channel before the
  channel will timeout. A error in calculating the timeout used
  for receiving from the socket, results in the DISCINT value not
  being upheld. This results in the channel not timing out in this
  scenario based on the defined value.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated to ensure DISCINT has an affect on
  SVRCONN channels with SHARECNV > 0, resulting in the channel
  timing out when applicable based on this value.
