  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ASF customers composing a document may  *
  *                      be confronted with FSN311I, indicating  *
  *                      the maintenance of a paragraph to be    *
  *                      used in the document.                   *
  *                      There could be reasons for a paragraph  *
  *                      to be marked being in maintenance and   *
  *                      to be needed for composition of a       *
  *                      document at the same time.              *
  *                      A base tailoring parameter is needed    *
  *                      to not check paragraphs for being in    *
  *                      maintenance during document composition *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  ASF customers composing a document may be confronted with
  message FSN311I, indicating the maintenance of a paragraph to be
  used in the document.
  There could be reasons for a paragraph to be marked being in
  maintenance and to be needed for composition of a document at
  the same time.
  A base tailoring parameter is needed to not check paragraphs for
  being in maintenance during document composition.
  

Problem conclusion

• Base tailoring parameter BYMNTCHK set to 1 deactivates the check
  for paragraphs being in maintenance during document composition.
