Error description

• If the ZPARM information can not be found, DB2 Log Analysis Tool
  is incorrectly defaulting to RECOVERYSITE image copy processing.
  Message 'ALAA156I: RECOVERYSITE IC PROCESSING' is seen in the
  job log when RECOVERYSITE image copy processing is being used.
  This often leads to error 'ALAA107E-No useable image copy
  found'.

  This change will correct the default to LOCALSITE image copy
  processing. A warning message will be issued to indicate that
  ZPARM information could not be obtained. If continue processing
  after warnings is not being used, the product will stop after
  the warning is issued so the problem can be resolved.
