Error description
A new function to check for duplicate ILKs was introduced by APAR PM61429. However, HD Pointer Checker reports incorrect pointer errors when DUPILKCHK=YES is specified. If a HALDB had been created with migration from non-HALDB, HD Pointer Checker has the following problems: - MSGFABP2148E Potential duplicate ILK is reported incorrectly - Incorrect max reorg number is reported in MSGFABP2149E MAX REORG# OF ILK >= REORG# OF PARTITION - MSGFABP2149E reported on different partitions - FABPILK data set empty Also, ERRLIMIT does not work correctly when DUPILKCHK=YES is specified.

However, when HD Pointer Checker is run for HALDBs that have been migrated from non-HALDBs and the function is used (DUPILKCHK=YES is specified), HD Pointer Checker incorrectly reports the following problems: - MSGFABP2148E Potential duplicate ILK is issued incorrectly - Incorrect max reorg number is printed in the REORG# INFORMATION part of the Evaluation of ILKS report - Incorrect partition is printed in the REORG# INFORMATION part of the Evaluation of ILKS report - No recored is generated in the FABPILK data set even if MSGFABP2148E is issued. In addition to fixing the above problems, this APAR also fixes the following problems that happen when DUPILKCHK=YES is specified. - The ERRLIMIT option does not work correctly - ABEND0C4 occurs around offset X'486' in CSECT FABPDILK
