PI11783: Copying elements from one Timing Diagram to another results in the loss of time information in IBM Rational Rhapsody for C

Error description

• Attempting to copy elements from one Timing Diagram to another
  in Rhapsody Developer for C results in the loss of time
  information from those elements.
  
  
  SYMPTOM
  
  When you select all of the elements on a Timing Diagram in
  Rhapsody and then paste them to a new blank Timing Diagram, any
  elements that display a time value in the original Timing
  Diagram will be missing those time values in the new Timing
  Diagram.
  
  Step To Reproduce:
  
  1. Create a new Timing Diagram for a project in Rhapsody
  Developer for C.
  
  2. Add a lifeline to the Timing Diagram.
  
  3. Add a state to the lifeline.
  
  4. Add elements that display time values, e.g.
  observation and duration elements to the state.
  
  5. Select all of the elements with Ctrl + A.
  
  6. Copy all of the elements with Ctrl + C.
  
  7. Create a new Timing Diagram, and paste the
  copied elements with Ctrl + V.
  
  Results:
  
  The pasted elements are missing the time values that appeared in
  the original Timing Diagram.
  
  
  WORKAROUND
  
  For every element that is supposed to display a time value, but
  doesn't, remove that element from the Timing Diagram and replace
  it with another element of the same type. The time values will
  appear for the replacing element.
