Error description

• When an Object Profile includes tablespaces with the 'Process
  Dependent Indexes' parameter set to Y, the indexes are not
  processed if the VSAM dataset for the corresponding tablespace
  does not exist.  This could be due to the tablespace being
  created using DEFINE NO and no rows have been inserted.  A Job
  Profile option will be provided to indicate that the indexes
  should still be processed in this case.
