Error description

• When deploying applications that make use of Spring load time
  weaving, an Exception similar to the one below is output:

  'org.springframework.context.weaving.AspectJWeavingEnabler#0':
  Initialization of bean failed; nested exception is
  org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error
  creating bean with name 'loadTimeWeaver': Initialization of
  bean failed; nested exception is
  java.lang.IllegalStateException: ClassLoader
  [com.ibm.ws.classloading.internal.UnifiedClassLoader] does NOT
  provide an 'addTransformer(ClassFileTransformer)' method.
  Specify a custom LoadTimeWeaver or start your Java virtual
  machine with Spring's agent:

Problem conclusion

• This issue is resolved by modifying the Liberty Server
  classloaders to support Spring's load time weaving.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
