PI11620: ADDITION OF AN OPTION TO NOT POPULATE THE EXTFILE IF ONLY RUNNING A GENERAL REPORT

APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• If all the information that is needed for reporting purposes can
  be fulfilled by just running a General Report, the population of
  the EXTFILE is not necessary. This new option can save some DASD
  and I/O.
  However, if this new option is used, a Detail Report can not be
  run until the General Report is re-run to populate the EXTFILE.
  The EXTFILE is needed for reporting purposes in the Detail
  Report.
