Error description

• IMSPA V4.3 transit reporting treats non-message driven BMPs as a
  single transaction. The syncpoint intervals are accumulated and
  finally reported as a whole when the job ends (07) or at log
  end-of-file.
  
  Add a new option (BMPSYNC(YES|NO) that allows each syncpoint to
  be reported as a single transaction or aggregated and reported
  as a single transaction.
