APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Tighten up CSA usage by eliminating the loading of modules that
  are no longer required for inter-product sharing. In addition a
  X11D0 length area will be reclaimed on every start up.
  
  Note: Optim SQL Capture and Replay for z/OS shares components
  with Infosphere Guardium S-TAP for DB2. This APAR maintains
  compatibility between products.
