  Description.
  Its observed a Datagrid display does not always set the
  rowheight, cellpadding options correctly while paging through
  the datagrid's rows.
  
  In an example scenario when paging through to the last page,
  whereas the initial pages are displayed correctly, in this page
  the applicable page buttons have been moved down within the
  display because the remaining empty rows are not of the
  specified height.
