• Receive the following message from FM/DB2 Export Utility
  when the object being exported does not exist.
  
  FMNDB101  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104, ERROR:  ILLEGAL SYMBOL ".".
  SOME SYMBOLS THAT MIGHT BE LEGAL ARE: , FROM
  FMNDB101           INTO

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of File Manager DB2 component.     *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message 'SQLCODE = -104, ERROR:         *
  *                      ILLEGAL SYMBOL ".".' in a File Manager  *
  *                      DB2 component batch job.  The DB2       *
  *                      object specified does not exist.        *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  File Manager DB2 component should report that the DB2 object
  does not exist, rather than issue an SQLCODE-104.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager DB2 component has been updated to correct the
  problem.  This APAR also includes fixes for internally reported
  problems PFM06161, PFM06355 and PFM06421.
