  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Enhancements are delivered:             *

  *                        the main object panels are provided.  *
  *                      - A new ORDER command is added.         *
  *                      - The 'ALT Alter Table' (ALT) command   *
  *                        will exhibit the same behavior as     *
  *                        ALT against other objects.            *
  *                      - Add ability to Alter or re-Alter a    *
  *                        new foreign key.                      *
  *                      - A new panel ADBBPIU 'Utility          *
  *                        Settings' is added.                   *
  *                      - The LOAD and REORG TABLESPACE         *
  *                        utilities are updated.                *
  *                      - A new OPTIONS primary command         *
  *                        added on panels ADBPC15 'Export       *
