Error description

• Tighten up CSA usage by eliminating the loading of modules that
  are no longer required for inter-product sharing. In addition a
  X11D0 length area will be reclaimed on every start up.

  Note: DB2 Query Monitor for z/OS shares components with Optim
        SQL Capture and Replay for z/OS . This APAR maintains
        compatibility between products.
