PI11292: 5C6-00C51173,S=00000C17 (STRUCTURE FULL) ISSUED AFTER CSQE022E LEADING TO SUBSEQUENT 5C6-00E20013, 5C6-00E20014 AND 0C4-4

Error description

• The 5C6-00C51173 abend is issued by CSQERCF2 following message
  CSQE022E. However, each time this abend occurs, xF000 of below
  the line storage is leaked when structure recovery processing
  is reading from archive logs. This has led to the subsequent
  5C6-00E20013 issued by CSQSGMN due to all of the below the
  line storage being used, and also the subsequent 5C6-00E20014
  abend and the 0C4 in CSQJR206.

  The queue manager is continually issuing CSQE022E messages in
  CSQERCF2, followed by a 5C6-00C51173 abend. This is occuring
  during structure recovery processing in the case where the
  structure is full, which is expected.
  However, each time CSQERCF2 abends, xF000 of below the line
  storage is leaked when structure recovery processing is reading
  from archive logs. This is due to CSQERCF2 not closing its log
  read cursor. This eventually results in the subsequent
  5C6-00E20013 issued by CSQSGMN due to all of the below the line
  storage being used, and also the subsequent 5C6-00E20014 abend
  and the 0C4 in CSQJR206.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed to correctly close the archive log read
  cursor in the case of an abend occurring.
