Error description

• When navigate to 'System administration -> Job scheduler ->
  Custom properties' in the admin console, Customer was unable to
  jump to page 2 and gets an empty page with the following
  message in the joblog of the deployment

Problem summary

  If the "Maximum rows" preference on the Job Scheduler Custom
  properties page is set to a value other than the default of
  20, the user will be unable to view the next page of custom
  properties.  The "Maximum rows" preference was not being
  honored.
  

Problem conclusion

• The "Maximum rows" preference on the Job Scheduler Custom
  properties page is now being honored.  The fix for this APAR
  is currently targeted for inclusion in fixpack 8.0.0.4.
