Error description

When you are running the System Requirements for IBM Rational
ClearCase 8.x, you will see that it states that Sybase
PowerBuilder is supported for use with the ClearCase Remote
Client (CCRC).
This is not correct.  Sybase PowerBuilder is not supported for
use the CCRC client.
