PROBLEM SUMMARY:
1. Some EDM pool fields were changed by DB2 APAR PM94696.
   As a result page counters became zero on OMEGAMON EDM pool
   snapshot screens.
2. Some values for SQL CACHE and STATIC SQL CACHE were not
   displayed correctly on OMEGAMON EDM pool snapshot screens.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
1. Change logic to support DB2 changes from APAR PM94696.
2. Display values for SQL CACHE and STATIC SQL CACHE correctly.
