  DCS contains internal hard coded DSPURX00 SYSPRINT data set
  allocation parameters that are not large enough to hold
  SYSPRINT output from a LIST.RECON request to large RECONs.
  Data set allocation parameters were added to panel IDL$SYS
  in the CS SETUP/DEFINE function that users can emter to
  override the DCS internal values. The updated panel follows:
