  Description.
  Its observed that the DojoCombobox does not behave correctly
  when deleting values and reading editable fields.
  
  In the following scenario we have a simple handler which
  includes:
  1) A 'Read editable field from Combobox' button an exception
  occurs if the field 'editable' is read at runtime like this: b
  boolean = combobox.editable;
  [CRRUI1083E] An error occurred while the click browser event was
  being handled.
  [CRRUI2002E] readEditable
  An error occurred inside DojoComboboxError: Object doesn't
  support this property or method
  [CRRUI2094E] Here are the EGL function calls leading to this
  error:
      DojoComboboxError.readEditable() [native JavaScript]
      Button.Widget.runEventHandlers() [native JavaScript]
      Event click() [native JavaScript]
  
  2)  A 'Reset DojoCombobox values' button which will produce the
  DojoCombobox next to the editable field button.
  Entering a value and then selecting the reset button this value
  is deleted but the combobox is then removed and added again with
  no exception.
  
  So When removing the applicable values from a DojoCombobox with
  the intention to replace them without instantiating a new
  DojoCombobox it incorrectly gets visually removed from DOM and
  then added again as the last widget.
