Error description

• With the Cognos 10.2.1.1 Viewer and Firefox 24.0, create a URL
  via the URL API that runs a report in XLWA format. This works
  under all supported ?browsers. There is a problem, however, with
  Firefox if you do a "window.open(...)" to run the URL. The
  report will run but you will not get any output.??Previously
  worked in 10.2.0.??Tested the following environments:??function
