Problem summary

  • Users Affected;
    WebSphere Transformation Extender customers who use ZIP adapter
    on windows to unzip ZIP64 archive.
    
    Problem Description:
    The WebSphere Transformation Extender map fails to unzip an
    archive that is built using a tool that uses ZIP64 format. The
    adapter returns the -999 error code.
    
    Platforms Affected;
    Windows
    

Problem conclusion

  • The 32-bit version of WebSphere Transformation Extender Zip
    adapter for Windows operating systems does not properly handle
    the extended zip format. The adapter code is corrected.
    
    Delivered in 8.4.0.5, 8.4.1.2
