  Dynamically assigning an onClick event handler function to a
  DojoButton incorrectly fires the event twice.
  
  In this scenario the button is declared first without an onClick
  handler and then when setting the handler function at runtime it
  gets executed twice when you click the applicable button.
  Subsequent invocations of the button will see the event to
  continue to be fired twice.
