PI09849: Excel error when opening same report as Excel 2007 output more than once using Internet Explorer

Error description

• With Internet Explorer, multiple copies of the same report
  cannot be opened in Excel.??Using Internet Explorer, in 10.1.1
  FP3 and running a report as Excel 2007 output format, the file
  can be opened in Excel 2007 and 2010.  If the report is run
  again with Excel still open, further copies can be opened
  simultaneously in Excel.??However, in 10.2.1 FP2 or IF3, the
  first Excel 2007 report can be viewed but thereafter Excel
  returns an error on opening: 'A document with the name
  "<ReportName.xlsx" is already open. You cannot open two
  documents with the same name, even if the documents are in
  different folders. To open the second document, either close the
  document that's currently open, or rename one of the documents'
