Error description

When logging into IBM Rational ClearQuest from within the IBM
Rational ClearTeam Explorer interface, the error
'Incorrect username or password for schema repository XXXXXX' is
thrown.   The username and password are valid.

This initial error is followed by the errors:


CCRC WAN Server: Error: CRMSV4117: Unable to login to
ClearQuest: user
canceled login operation.

CCRC WAN Server: Error: Unable to obtain credentials and
connection
information for CQ database 'db name'.

CCRC WAN Server: Error: Could not find web connection
information for CQ
database 'db name'.

UCM Project 'Docs' is bound to CQ database 'db name'.
