  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Install kit update for IBM              *
  *                      Tools Base Administration Console       *
  *                      for z/OS v1.4.0.                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
  ****************************************************************
  This update provides the following enhancements to
  Administration Console:
  
  - New Fast Path exceptions and recommendations are displayed
  following evaluations between Tools Base and IMS Fast Path
  Solution Pack.
  
  - The Administration Console WAS Liberty profile is upgraded to
  version 8.5.5.1.
  
  - An issue is corrected in WAS that results in inappropriate
  usage charges.
  
  - The Explorer for Administration extension displays error and
  success messages sent by IMS Operations Manager. These include
  messages related to starting or stopping IMS Resources and
  connectivity.
