Error description

• When running COPYCHECK WITHDRAW it is possible to get
  CKZ05647E ANTRQST ERROR; DATA MOVER RETURN CODE=7645 X'1DDD'
  REASON CODE=4042 X'FA2A' LOC=FW002
  There is a small window between the check for FlashCopy
  relationships on the volumes and when the FlashCopy WITHDRAW is
  done. If the relationship ends between the check and WITHDRAW
  the above error will be reported.
  The ANTRQST return code 7645 should not cause an error to be
  reported.
