This APAR provides the new function of ACBLIB Analyzer utility
which reports the date and time when the ACB members were
generated to the Library Contents report.

To use this function, specify a new operand GENDATE=YES on the
LISTLIB command in the ACBSYSIN control statement.

    If GENDATE=YES is specified,
     - All the reports, except the Input Specifications report, are
generated in a new FABQRPT data set.
     - The width of reports generated in the FABQRPT data set is
wide (LRECL=121) because the date and time fields are
included in the Library Contents report.

If GENDATE= is not specified or GENDATE=NO is specified,
ACBLIB Analyzer utility reports same as before.

Additionally, this APAR fixes the problem that ACBLIB Analyzer
utility reports some non-alias ACBLIB members as alias members
on the COMMENTS column in the Library Contents report.
It was occurred in the following conditions:
     - ACBLIB has an alias member (MEMBER_A) and its type is DMB.
The next member (MEMBER_B) in alphabetical order by its name
in ACBLIB is non-alias and PSB.
ACBLIB Analyzer utility reports MEMBER_B as alias.
     - ACBLIB has an alias member (MEMBER_A) and its type is PSB.
The next member (MEMBER_B) in alphabetical order by its name
in ACBLIB is non-alias and DMB.
ACBLIB Analyzer utility reports MEMBER_B as alias.
