Error description

The HttpServletRequest.authenticate does not behave as
expected when TAI is enabled.

The HttpServletRequest.authenticate does not behave as
expected when TAI is enabled. The TAI returns false from
isTargetInterceptor, so TAI authentication is not performed. But
users are redirected to /_loginWeb/loginError.html page
instead of normal login page.

When using declarative security, this does not occur, and
users are redirected to the normal login page.

The HttpServletRequest.authenticate does not behave as
expected when TAI is enabled. The TAI returns false from

Problem conclusion

Users should be redirect to normal login page in this case.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
