  * USERS AFFECTED: All IMS High Performance Image Copy for z/OS *
  *                 Version 4 Release 2 users ( FMID=H1J0420 )   *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR fixes the following problems: *
  *                                                              *
  *                      1. After applying APAR PM90276, DB      *
  *                         record scan process of multiple-step *
  *                         HASH Check by IMS compatible JCL is  *
  *                         bypassed and terminates with error   *
  *                         message FABP2124E ( MSGFABP2124E )   *
  *                         and step return code is 02 unless    *
  *                         'Y' is specified on 48th column in   *
  *                         SYSIN control card.                  *
  *                                                              *
  *                      2. Recovery function obtains            *
  *                         unnecessary I/O buffers for input    *
  *                         log data sets, even if DUMMY is      *
  *                         specified as DFSULOG DD.             *
  *                                                              *
  *                      3. When HP Image Copy runs with HPIO=Y, *
  *                         it obtains unnecessary I/O buffers   *
  *                         for DEDB area data set and full      *
  *                         function database data set whose     *
  *                         access method is OSAM.               *
  *                                                              *
  *                      4. If the specified value in DBBUF= is  *
  *                         more than 255 for OSAM data sets and *
  *                         HPIO is disabled, incorrect number   *
  *                         of buffers are obtained and used by  *
  *                         one of the the following processes:  *
  *                         - IMS HP Image Copy is run by the    *
  *                           FABJMAIN program                   *
  *                         - Image Copy function in IMS Online  *
  *                           Reorganization Facility            *
  *                         - Image Copy function in IMS         *
  *                           Reorganization Expert              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR fixes the following problems.
  
  1. After applying APAR PM90276, DB record scan process of
     multiple-step HASH Check by IMS compatible JCL is bypassed
     and terminates with error message FABP2124E ( MSGFABP2124E )
     and step return code is 02 unless 'Y' is specified on 48th
     column in SYSIN control card.
  
     By APAR PM90279 changed the handling for the SYSIN control
     card of IMS compatible JCL, but change was made without
     ample consideration of the multiple-step HASH Check.
  
  2. Recovery function obtains unnecessary I/O buffers for input
     log data sets, even if DUMMY is specified as DFSULOG DD.
  
     Recovery function of IMS HP Image Copy obtained the storage
     for log data sets before checking DD card specification.
  
  3. When HP Image Copy runs with HPIO=Y, it obtains unnecessary
     I/O buffers for DEDB area data set and full function
     database data set whose access method is OSAM.
  
  4. If the specified value in DBBUF= is more than 255 for OSAM
     data sets and   HPIO is disabled, incorrect number of
     buffers are obtained and used by one of the the following
     processes:
     - IMS HP Image Copy is run by the FABJMAIN program
     - Image Copy function in IMS Online Reorganization Facility
     - Image Copy function in IMS Reorganization Expert
  
     IMS HP Image Copy uses as DBBUF=255 for OSAM data sets,
     if specified value is more than 255.
