  Description.
  Unreadable character format is observed with the RUI debugger
  and Preview mode when selecting a PDF file via a HREF link.
  Example:
  a) A RUI Handler with a button to select an internal PDF within
  the workspace and another button to select via http ie:

  The HTTP URL to PDF option works perfectly in all the respects.
  However the internal PDF file when selected via
  'Click_ME_INTERNAL PDF' in preview mode produces unreadable
  output as does the RUI debugger when used with Firefox or Chrome
  (Internet Explorer works correctly).
  When deploying the application both PDF selections will work
  perfectly.

  The Rich UI server doesn't set the MIME type of PDF file,
  which caused the PDF file isn't readable in the browser.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added the MIME support of PDF in the Rich UI server.
