Error description

• Abstract:
  Attempts to download artifacts by users with restricted access
  to IBM Rational Asset Manager (RAM) result in the Page not Found
  page being displayed after entering the credentials and logging
  in.
  
  
  Error Description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Set a RAM community where asset Consumers can only Read asset
  details, Search Assets and subscribe to assets.
  2. Create an asset with an artifact in the community created in
  step 1.
  3. Log out of RAM
  4. Click on the document in the artifact to download it while
  not being logged on.
  5. Enter your credentials when prompted with the in the Login
  screen to be able to download the artifact
  
  Expected Result:
  After logging in, the artifact is being downloaded and the asset
  page where the artifact belongs is displayed.
  Actual Result:
  The login screen remains and after clicking on the submit button
  again.
  You are not routed to the asset page but instead the 'Page Not
  Found' screen is displayed as you are redirected to the url:
  http://?honstname?:?port?/ram/secure/.
  
  
  WORKAROUND:
  - When you are presented with the Page Not Found screen, you can
  click on the home button (icon at the top left corner net to
  'Rational Asset Manager')
  to be be directed to he home page and you should see that you
  are logged in.
  
  - Clicking on the artifact link with CTRL key, you will show the
  login page in another tab in browser. This will avoid the loss
  of the previous page.
  Since you have entered your credentials, you are now logged into
  the RAM session and therefore are able to perform all the tasks
  your user's rights permit.

  * to ram/secure , and show Page not found error.               *

  * Workaround is click on the artifact with Ctrl key, it will   *
  * open the login page on another tab in browser.               *
