  Description.
  When Tooltips are enabled and then clicking on an applicable row
  within the datagrid the selectionlistener is not executed.
  Adversely when Tooltips are disabled and clicking a row once
  again the selectionlistener is successfully executed.
  
  Development have identified this defect occurs because the click
  event is captured by the grid cell and does not then bubble to
  the DataGrid.
