  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a number of test case execution records with more than
  one owner
  2. go to Execution > Browse Test Case Execution records
  3. Enable the Inline Editor and Filter on the owner name column
  by checking one name to filter.  Select Run.
  See the results. (OK)
  4. Now go back to the owner filter and un-check the name.  Click
  on the more option to bring up the dialog to search for another
  name. Select the new owner.
  Expected:
  Owner filter contains only show owner selected in step 4.
  Actual:
  Owner filter contains both owners even when the first owner was
  deselected in step 4
