  This APAR is addressing the following issues:
  1. Customer wants non-critical warning messages from the archive
  utility to result in RC0.
  2. FUN1007E Processing error 00060407.
     INFO=00000004/20E29A28000003C8.
  3. IEC190I message from CEX journal switch on z/OS 2.1.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1. Added an optional parm WARNRC0, this will cause a RC4 to be
  reduced to RC0.
  2. Fixed storage release error in FUNJDRV.
  3. Corrected DCBE initialization code in FUNARC01.
