Error description

• 0C4-4 abend occurred in CSQP1RAH when queue manager is short of
  storage.CSQP1RAH does not check the return code from the
  storage request, which results in the 0C4.

Problem summary

  CSQP1RAH does not check return codes from storage manager
  telling that storage allocate request has failed due to storage
  shortage. CSQP1RAH assumes that a valid pointer is returned
  resulting in abend 0C4-00000004.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQP1RAH has been changed to call storage manager
  unconditionally. The storage manage generates abend 5C6-00E20004
  or 5C6-00E20003 to indicate storage shortage instead of 0C4.
  This is a unrecoverable error for READAHEAD function and the
  queue manager is terminated with reason 00E50702.
