  PART level of PBG TS results in ALTER for the whole TableSpace

  *                 or 'ALT - Redefine a table space' command    *
  *                 to change attributes for a Partition-By-     *
  *                 Group (PBG) table space.                     *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS,    *
  *                      when using the 'AL - Alter a table      *
  *                      space' command to change attributes     *
  *                      on the PART level of a PBG table        *
  *                      space, an ALTER statement is generated  *
  *                      for the entire table space.  When       *
  *                      using the 'ALT - Redefine a table       *
  *                      space' command to change attributes     *
  *                      on the PART level of a PBG table        *
  *                      space, the change statement is not      *
  *                      generated in the APPLY job or Work      *
  *                      Statement List (WSL).                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When using the 'AL - Alter a table space' command to change
  attributes on the PART level of a PBG table space, an ALTER
  statement is generated for the entire table space.  When using
  the 'ALT - Redefine a table space' command to change attributes
  on the PART level of a PBG table space, the change statement
  is not generated in the APPLY job or Work Statement List (WSL).
