PI07893: HEALTH POLICY SERVER RESTART ACTION FAILS WITH APC ELASTICITY ENABLED

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A health policy exists and has an action to restart the server.
  When the health policy is breached, the server is stopped and
  then restarted.  At the point when the server is down, the
  application placement controller may decide to remove the
  server's node if elasticity is enabled.  This causes the server
  restart to fail.

  stops the server and then restarts it.  At the point when the

Problem conclusion

• The elasticity function in the application placement
  controller is modified so that it does not remove a node when
  there is a server restart health action in progress.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
