PI07837: TCZ TEMPLATE ADBMCMB 'UPGRADE CM DATABASE FROM V10.2 TO V11.1' FAILS WITH SQLCODEN612 ERROR: GRANTEE IS A DUPLICATE NAME

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' Tools Customizer based
  install template ADBMCMB 'Upgrade CM database from v10.2 to
  v11.1' fails with a SQLCODEN612 / SQLCODE -612:
   ALTER TABLE ADBCVERSCOPES
     ADD GRANTEE VARCHAR(128) NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT;
  SQLERROR ON   ALTER     COMMAND, EXECUTE   FUNCTION
   RESULT OF SQL STATEMENT:
   DSNT408I SQLCODE = -612, ERROR:  GRANTEE IS A DUPLICATE NAME
  The issue is the columns have different attributes
  NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT as opposed to WITH DEFAULT NULL.

  *                      SQLCODE = -601 / SQLCODEN601,           *
  *                      SQLCODE = -612 / SQLCODEN612, or        *
  *                      SQLCODE = 562 / SQLCODE562 errors       *
  *                      and not fail with RC=8 / RC8 when       *
  *                      these SQLCODEs are encountered.         *
  *                      Instead, a brief/simple informational   *
  *                      message ADB51791I / msgadb51791i        *
  *                      will be displayed in the job output.    *

  *                      For example, if SQLCODE = -612 is       *
  *                      encountered, the following message      *
  *                      will appear in the job output:          *

  *                      was encountered and can be ignored.     *

  *                      Due to this enhancement, the following  *

  *                      are no longer required and have been    *
  *                      disabled:                               *

  *                      SADBSAMP(ADBCHG03)                      *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The UPGRADE option for the Change Management Database task has
  been enhanced to generate a job template ADBMCMA that will
  upgrade back-level DB2 Administration Tool objects to the
  current maintenance level.
  
  The UPGRADE job template ADBMCMA also has provisions to
  tolerate possible SQLCODE = -601 / SQLCODEN601, SQLCODE = -612
  / SQLCODEN612, or SQLCODE = 562 / SQLCODE562 errors and not fail
  with RC=8 / RC8 when these SQLCODEs are encountered.  Instead, a
  brief/simple informational message ADB51791I / msgadb51791i will
  be displayed in the job output.
  
  For example, if SQLCODE = -612 is encountered, the following
  message will appear in the job output:
