APAR status

Error description

• When DFDSS parameter in the runtime options module is set to Y,
  the reorganization job can get ABENDS0C1.

  When DFDSS parameter in the runtime options module is set to Y,
  the reorganization job can get ABEND S0C1.
  This APAR is a backward fit of DBSP V2.1 APAR PI07834.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR adds HRFYDFDS module to the load library, and corrects
  a program error in error handling logic. The APAR also fixes a
  couple of minor problems that were found during the DBSP V2.1
  test and are applicable to ORF V1.3.
