Error description

• When you are working in an IBM Rational ClearCase dynamic view,
  you may experience a Microsoft Windows STOP Error (BSOD) when
  running Cygwin commands.
  
  For example:
  
  In a bash shell, cd into  view/von context and run:
  run: touch <any file>
  
  The machine will crash with a BSOD

Problem conclusion

• IBM Rational ClearCase versions 8.0.0.09 and 8.0.1.02 will no
  longer generate STOP errors when using Cygwin commands in a
  dynamic view.
