Error description
When an audit database configured in Cognos Configuration is using an Oracle schema, it is observed that the COGIPF_RUNTIME table is not being populated in the COGIPF_MOBILESERVICE table. As a comparitive test if the same audit database is created in SQL Server, we do see the data populates. In the mob.log file, there are several messages that show failure: com.cognos.mobile.common.CMException: query failed (code 1120) com.jnetdirect.jsql.JSQLException: DBComms.transmit exception:[java.net.SocketException: Connection reset by peer: socket write error]
