Error description

Customer z/OS level is  1.9.
CCz version is 8.0.1.

User starts TSOC without cache and enter main panel.
User types option 0 to select a valid profile.
User types option 1 to enter security panel.
User inputs user name and password and press Enter.
Then an abend exception is displayed as below.
