  CCSID in the BASE Version after RUNning a CHANGE on CGTT

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Administration Tool for     *
  *                 z/OS who use the 'DDL' line command on       *
  *                 panel ADB2C41 'CM - Versions' to generate    *
  *                 the DDL from the base version.  The base     *
  *                 version contains a CREATE GLOBAL             *
  *                 TEMPORARY TABLE (CGTT) which is defined      *
  *                 with CCSID EBCDIC.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS        *
  *                      Change Management does not maintain     *
  *                      the proper CCSID in the base version    *
  *                      after running a change on a CGTT table  *
  *                      which is defined with CCSID ECBDIC.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  An invalid encoding scheme CCSID UNICODE is generated for a
  CGTT table from the base version.
