Error description

• Problem description
  if there is a value set added for type Iteration you cannot
  change the default value  back to Unassigned. The value
  Unassigned is in the list of available Iterations but if you
  select it, it has no impact of the selected value.
  
  
  Steps how to reproduce:
  1. Open Eclipse Client and go to: Project Area ? Process
  Configuration ? Configuration Data ? Work Items ? Attribute
  Customization;
  2. Create a 'Default Iteration' default value of type Iteration.
  The default parameter value for this is automatically set to
  'None'
  3.. Go to 'Select...' button and choose any value from the
  pop-up list window.
  4) Save the PA
  5) Go to 'Select...' button and choose  Unassigned from the
  pop-up list window.
  
  Expected Behavior:
  The value Unassigned should be the default value in this Default
  Value set.
  
  Actual Result:
   The original selected value is still the default value in this
  Default value set.
  
   Work around:
   1) Unassigned is the default value out of the box for all
  attributes of type Iterations. A way to get Unassigned back as
  default value is removing the default value set.
   2) Edit the Process configuration source directly. Not
  supported, can have side effects.
