  ****************************************************************
  This APAR fixes following problems:
  
  1. ABEND0C4 if HPSRWKIN DD or HPSRWKO0 DD is specified
     for HALDB OSAM reload explicitly. In this case, dynamic
     allocation for the DD is failed (MSGHPSR3743W is issued)
     and subsequent DBRC API process that is provided by PTF
     UK95081 / APAR PM87663 causes the ABEND0C4.
  
  2. An error may occur in sort program when rebuilding ILDS with
     ILDSBLD=YES. For example, WER061A occurs in SYNCSORT.
  

Problem conclusion

• The original cause of these problems is using HPSRWKO0 DD or
  HPSRWKIN DD in both issuing DBRC commands and rebuilding ILDS.
  HP Load has been modified to use HPSRDIN0 DD / HPSRDOT0 DD
  instead of using HPSRWKIN DD /  HPSRWKO0 DD for issuing
  DBRC commands internally.
