PI07352: TM1 WORKSPACE WIDGET TOOL BAR IS MISSING AFTER APPLYING IFP 10.2.0.1_IF1029

Error description

• After installing IFP 10.2.0.1_IF1029 for APAR PM99401 widget
  toolbar is missing after expanding the widget, and changing a
  context with auto-calc set to on.

  * intent to fix this particular issue for this version.        *
