  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: UNLOAD PLUS allows to specify NULLTYPE  *
  *                      T2 or NULLTYPE L2 in the installation   *
  *                      options (i.e. in parmlib) so that the   *
  *                      default NULL field in the output data   *
  *                      sets are two-byte long.                 *
  *                      This cannot be done with HPU as the     *
  *                      default NULL field length is one byte.  *
  *                      HPU should be fitted with the           *
  *                      capability to request two-byte NULL     *
  *                      fields by default via the parmlib       *
  *                      settings. Moreover, adding the          *
  *                      capability to specify the whole         *
  *                      default characteristics of the NULL     *
  *                      field (i.e. position of the null field  *
  *                      and NULLCHAR) should also be            *
