Error description

• CQM summary record writer subtask could abend either after, or
  when issuing, a  CQM1204E message
  
  A control block is not properly primed when attempting to call
  CQMISMPX.  This leads to an internal ABENS0C1 ( abend0c1
  s0c1 )
